we had a fantastic stay at the bon hotel. from the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel right at home. our room was spacious and came with a warm welcome note, which was a lovely touch. the dining experience was amazing with generous portions at dinner and an impressive breakfast buffet, complete with fresh hot pancakes for the kids.

No complaints, everything was wonderful! 😊.

The hotel was RELAXING and immaculately clean with very very helpful and excellent staff members. 30 minutes drive to the airport. Spacious bed in superior queen room with a fridge, climate control, and a personal safe. Comfy and clean bathroom.

Staying here for Christmas was such a treat! The location is perfect, super easy to explore the area, and I loved the tasty breakfast spread. The staff was friendly, making me feel right at home. The highlight was the lovely handwritten welcome card – such a nice touch! Plus, having secure parking was a huge bonus for peace of mind. But overall, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives!

I did run into a few hiccups. My room key stopped working a couple of times, and the Wi-Fi was a bit flaky, disconnecting often. there was a bit of a wait at reception which was frustrating.

The extremely friendly and helpful staff of this modest hotel did not hesitate to accommodate us when we needed to change our fieldwork plans, and subsequently found space for us again with great kindness on the early conclusion of our work. The location of the hotel close to the heart of downtown Bloemfontein makes for an experience of vibrancy and allows guests to feel genuinely a part of the new South Africa. The basement parking was most convenient, while the situation of the hotel within a small but interesting shopping mall was also handy. The student assistants on our research team loved having access to all the soccer on the tv in their room!

The staff were extraordinary, helpful and polite. Hotel clean and comfortable.The area is a little dodgy but with the underground parking facility access to the hotel was uncomplicated.

When I am in Bloemfontein, I like staying here. It's a relaxing hotel in absolutely perfect location. The venue has outstanding rooms with a bath, a drinking water, double bed and extremely helpful staff.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Bon Hotel Bloemfontein Central. Everyone who worked there was efficient and outstandingly accommodating. the standard twin room was comfy and warm, with a bath. the mini bar, a multi-channel TV, and a study table were a nice bonus.
